My Background:

I'm a qualified physiotherapist with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.
My journey began with a postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Essex, where I gained a strong foundation in human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. Even before I qualified, I volunteered at my brother’s South West Cerebral Palsy Regional Talent Centre, leading sessions and inspiring young athletes. I also worked as a personal trainer, deepening my understanding of functional movement and motivation.

Since qualifying, I’ve had the privilege of working in specialist musculoskeletal and neurological clinics, supporting both adults and children. My clinical experience includes treating a wide range of conditions—from sports injuries and post-operative recovery to more complex neurological diagnoses such as cerebral palsy, traumatic and acquired brain injuries, and Down’s syndrome.

I take pride in combining clinical expertise with a friendly, supportive approach. I’m constantly updating my knowledge and techniques through evidence-based learning, ensuring my patients always receive the highest standard of care.
Above all, I believe in empowering people to take an active role in their recovery and long-term wellbeing.
